Primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, job costing, capital property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing. The Controller is a key member of the organizations leadership team responsible for setting the culture and direction for the company. Reports to the CEO. The primary focus will be on developing relationships with current and potential customers that result in long-term strategic growth for Bowmar.
